DHS in collaboration with the Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO) will identify and invite certified minority businesses within the targeted regions. Each CUA will identify possible contracting/subcontracting opportunities to support their services/programming prior to the event so that OEO can identify qualified businesses. This format supports a city-wide outreach effort.
